Enviromental Policy

Sustainability is nothing new to us.

In 2013 we installed a revolutionary ground-source heat pump system at our Floreasca Park office complex. We adopted the same energy-saving technology at our 70,000 m² Oregon Park office development in 2018.

Expo Business Park (40,000 m² net office space) also has solar panels on its roofs.

These are practical examples of reducing our buildings' energy needs and their carbon footprint in a meaningful way.

Membership and certification

We are a proud member of the Romania Green Building Council.

We received 'WELL HEALTH-SAFETY CERTIFICATION' in March 2021, which we see as formal recognition of our pursuit to secure a long-term, safe environment in our buildings, not only during the Covid-19 pandemic.
