Opera Centre was developed as the country headquarters for Nederlanden Asigurari de Viata (part of the ING group) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. The 12,500 m2 building is class A standard with 8 floors of office space and 2 underground parking levels. It overlooks the Dambovita River and the National Opera House, and is 50 m from the Eroilor metro station. The building was completed in January 2001. Original tenants included GlaxoSmith Kline and USAID.
