Floreasca 169 is a 38,000 m2 net office building completed in 2009. It is located in the Floreasca sub-market just north of Bucharest city centre and adjoining Aurel Vlaicu metro station. The building was pre-leased to Oracle, Holcim, L’Oreal, DHL, Regus and other multinational companies. The project was sold to NEPI in 2010.
