A joint venture with Bluehouse Capital for 40,000 m2 of net office space located in the centre-north of Bucharest. The development comprises 3 buildings over two levels of underground parking for 600 cars with LED lighting, vehicle recognition technology, cycle racks and changing facilities for cyclists. There is an ING bank, retail facilities, “Flavors” restaurant, and an external amphitheatre in a heavily landscaped central area. There are photovoltaic panels on the roofs which provide power to heat the hot water in the buildings and opening panels in the façade to decrease external heat gains but allow fresh air. Building 3 is fully leased to ING Bank (18,000 m2). Building 2 is leased to various tenants including a Regus “Spaces” serviced office centre. The complex was completed in summer 2019.
