Best Office Development 2005

This was the first true suburban office park in Bucharest, developed on 2 ha of land on Bucharest’s main route north of the city to Ploiesti, adjoining the famous “House of the Free Press”. It was designed with various interlinking office wings and its surroundings are attractively landscaped respecting Bucharest’s green boulevard from the airport to the center. The main tenants are IBM, BAT and various multinationals. The complex totals 24,500 m2 net leasable offices plus two levels of underground parking. The project won the “Best Office Development 2005” from the Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards and the same from Europroperty Southeastern Europe Property Awards. The project was sold to CA IMMO in 2006.
