Project

Industrial park on the outskirts of Prague

This light industrial and distribution park adjoins the southern boundary of the Prague airport and the new Prague ring-road junction that connects to the Pilsen– Nürnberg highway. The 15 ha site was a former coal depot and was transformed into numerous new buildings comprising 60,000 m2 of space in a land-scaped setting. Part of the site was developed on a turnkey basis for Lindab, and comprises two assembly halls and offices totaling approximately 30,000 m2. Building C, with over 5,000 m2, was leased to Nippon Express, Johnson & Johnson, and Panalpina. Buildings D and E comprise a new 5,000 m2 facility for Evobus/Daimler, 9,000 m2 of light industrial units and the refurbishment of a 2,500 m2 office building. The last phase Building F totals 11,000 m2 and was preleased to Lindab. The project was sold to a UK institution in 2007.
